A Bathurst man will be sentenced in January after pleading guilty to an attempted robbery and a break and enter.

Timothy Lavigne, 35, pleaded guilty in Campbellton provincial court this week to one count of break, enter and theft, as well as one count of attempted robbery. He will remain in custody until his sentencing on Jan. 7.
